The best part by far is the customer service I've received especially after coming from another fleet management company that was lacking in this department.

Pros

My favorite part about the software is the alerts for speeding and hard braking, and the reports we receive on the engine and battery health of our fleet.

Cons

Only downside for me is that they can be easily removed and accidentally removed when pulling the e brake in some of our trucks.

The live map does not allow for plotting locations and it often does not show all equipped and active vehicles. There is no way to plot static locations for viewing available resources who are not equipped with GPS.

Pros

Some of the data available is useful for fleet management and tracking of vehicles and technicians.

Cons

Viewing landmarks doesn't always work and updates are frequently slow.

I appreciate the mobile app as well as the ability to view both live feeds and past breadcrumbs

Cons

Loss of reporting in remote areas, and the mobile app wont auto update a searched vehicle you have to return to the home screen and search again to get updated location

Pros

Install, log in and watch it work.

The only thing I have wished for is more specific reporting of OBD codes and the capacity to turn off alerts for nuisance codes.

We have left Azuga at the end of the 2 Year term due to non functioning software and now they are trying to stick us with a $900 cancellation bill for camera devices that we later added to try out.

Pros

I initially chose this software for the reports that were available, although reports that did not function properly.

Cons

Things did not start off well, as they messed up our start / billing dates, this was a kick off to many hours of dealing with inept customer service.

I like the Google map integration.

Cons

When I ordered the system we talked about using Android phones, now we are told that we need to have tablets as phones are causing trouble in the app and the ELD portion does not work well and has a lot of problems

The systems has been extremely reliable and if I the team from Azuga reaches out to me proactively to ensure the system is working well for us.

Pros

Azuga fleet tracks all our vehicles by GPS and sends me reports overnight of all the stops that were made the day before.

Cons

Azuga fleet tracks the vehicles great but having it track a specific driver is a little too complicated for us to implement
