Pros

Web Work has been an amazing product for us with are asset maintenance. I would recommend Web Work for any company who uses CMMS.
The customization of each screen is a great feature. The speed of the system over our cell phones is great.
Through this process we have reduced costs by improving maintenance operations and protecting our assets.

Pros

Founder is brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful, a director who does not hind behind but rather on the front line helping and assisting when need be.
It's a fantastic piece of software that makes all aspects of running of my business so easy. I have used Commusoft for 6 years now and this latest version is even more powerful than i ever expected.
Easy to use the automatic service reminders are brilliant as the software is generating its own work so in effect paying for itself, the level of support is also great.

Cons

Forms were lost, misplaced, and not appropriately tracked. Clients, staff and managers were all able to complete and fax in the forms.
Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.
No bi-annual 'surprises' where we have to buy upgrade packages as they are released. We are always up to date.

Cons

There will be no more forgotten jobs not invoiced or time wasted making unnecesary trips to jobs without the correct information of what we're going to.
I hate writing reviews but would have felt guilty not to give credit where due with Commusoft. The team at Commusoft and their level of service have have always been top notch.
Ve run out of space so as there are no negatives Ill continue with the Pros.
