Pros

Web Work has been an amazing product for us with are asset maintenance. I would recommend Web Work for any company who uses CMMS.
The customization of each screen is a great feature. The speed of the system over our cell phones is great.
Through this process we have reduced costs by improving maintenance operations and protecting our assets.

Pros

Integration into other business systems seamless. Support excellent not only software issue related but good training support.
Whenever support was required Mex help desk was always available and eager to help. The Mex maintenance programme is highly recommended.
The flexibility to our requirements has been extremely helpful with everyone from the receptionist, technical support and managers always more then happy to assist.

Cons

Forms were lost, misplaced, and not appropriately tracked. Clients, staff and managers were all able to complete and fax in the forms.
Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.
No bi-annual 'surprises' where we have to buy upgrade packages as they are released. We are always up to date.

Cons

Custom Modules have limited space to populate. Custom Modules limitations - unable to have an item inserted into the module such as a Matrix or picture.
Business problems that were faced before was visualization of data collected and with this MEX Version 15, it has what I need now.
Unable to alter details included or not included on Work Order form (may be user fault on our end).
