Pros

Is a great tool for the organization , easy to learn, easy to set up, and save a lot time and paper.
Seemed like a good fit, but in reality it doesn't work very well.
Great software, very user friendly and allows to pull customized reports based on business needs.

Pros

The feedback from the end users was great. Easy to use and great features they previously did not have access to when completing an inspection.
Great customer service, easy to use, professional appearance, and best of all. It grows with our companies needs.
Enjoy Certainty as helps with data collection, but working on improvements for how we view and use the data. Wish this was more intuitive.

Cons

Sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load, although I'm chalking this up to a sketchy connection. Really no downside to the product that I can think of.
Slow for some applications especially at times of high internet usage. Limitation of characters in some fields limits what data can be recorded.
The software is in development and the functionality is limited.

Cons

Reporting tools are limited. Should be able to build reports using any variables and custom as needed.
With scanning paper form there are often rejects so data may not be accurately reflected.
The back end answers and question types are hard to manage.
