Pros

Is a great tool for the organization , easy to learn, easy to set up, and save a lot time and paper.
Seemed like a good fit, but in reality it doesn't work very well.
Great software, very user friendly and allows to pull customized reports based on business needs.

Pros

The format is clean and not cluttered, and it's easy to find the items you need. It's great to be able to see when something gets uploaded and the fact that comments can be added is a nice feature.
The software is very user friendly. It is easy to upload/download documents and track items that are outstanding or fulfilled.
I love this software for public accounting. This is a great tool to use with clients to keep the audit on track and organized in terms of what is needed from them before, during, and after the audit.

Cons

Sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load, although I'm chalking this up to a sketchy connection. Really no downside to the product that I can think of.
Slow for some applications especially at times of high internet usage. Limitation of characters in some fields limits what data can be recorded.
The software is in development and the functionality is limited.

Cons

I think mostly user error). Is there a cheat sheet out there for clients that have multiple accounts.
Interface can be confusing for people intimidated by new technology (e.g., some clients may not like it). It is missing integrations (e.g., to sharefile).
If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded.
