Pros

For a software that's free to use, it does an excellent job. Their tutorials are very easy to follow and provide good overview of the tool.
The product is very reliable and the support team is always responsive and available for help. Documentation is extensive.
The architecture of the platform is well-suited. The software has many features like great integration features like web services and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to name a few.

Pros

Very stable, and easy user interface like being able to do query's for information and love the global search.
Can be used to automate and store documents for any process, department or team and has outstanding integration capability.
If you need to go paperless, automate operations, or implement Robotic process automation this is the best software in Contemporary Market world. Great solution for document workflow Management.

Cons

We have no choice because our partner company uses it. This creates cases if you click anywhere accidentally , you won't be able to delete it.calling it will still be in your profile.
Will never recommend this software to anybody. Very bad performance and weird random automatic routing of connectors.
For some reason, I had a bit of trouble installing the software the second time. However, I'm sure it was just a coincidence.

Cons

Staff have become accountable for their errors and we have been able to implement changes to our workflow to prevent any mistakes intentional or not.
When there are problems with ScanDox/Upload Manager, the solution that fixed the problem the time prior doesn't always work, which leads to a tech support request.
I find the DocuPhase application to be clunky and shows a serious deficiency in usability.
