Pros

It is recommended to startups organisations since it is a builder. The financial projection feature is really good.
Overall, I recommend this tool to anyone who is starting a business. Especially if you don't know where to find the best business plan template.
Intuitive and user friendly business plan generator. It also helps you with dynamic business plans that are always changing.

Pros

The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great.
It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Cons

Certain aspects aren't scalable and we had a scare that our document was lost... seems we were hacked. There is an open ticket to look into this.
The financial part is complicated and some parts not so easy to understand. The lasck of tutorials or docymentation is one of the pain points.
No major dislikes so far but only using for a few months. Time will tell if any issues once we have used this software for a longer period of time.

Cons

Also, I feel there are a couple of elements missing when looking at reporting and ongoing maintenance of tickets... but that's hard, and is probably something they're thinking about.
Miss an integration with Gitlab. Pretty weak on the customer feedback management.
We had an alignment and communication problem that we had to solve.
