Pros

BizzMine is a good quality management system for document control. Not only is it user friendly, but also the support given by Vivaldi Software is great.
BizzMine has been very helpful in our certification process. Easy access for all users and actors is a great advantage.
The ease of configuration for complex processes. The good explanation of the implementation consultant.

Pros

The frequent updates and scale-ability make me confident that this software will have great longevity in our company and was a good investment.
A very efficient and easy to use complete Quality Management System tool supported with excellent customer service.
We like the super fast response from customer support. Also, the software designer is open to special improvements to assist our workflow and data integrity.

Cons

Missing features, it must be possible. To add barcodes/QR codes to your report.
Collaborate platform between own staff and customer key users. No more need to maintain several mailboxes and thousands of email messages to look for critical info.

Cons

My only regret is that I'm limited to a 5 star rating. Overall I would give them a 6.
We received answers to involved questions and solutions to problems within hours, which is not at all typical of my experiences with other software vendors.
TLM take over the role of a hard task master on management behalf its logic run the way we would do our work...from design to inventory to BOM to work order issue.
