Constant errors for even simple operations Rare updates fail to address major technical issues Outdated API support causes total slowdowns No scalability, constant errors with large orders Very bad and borderline unusable return authorization system Lacks basic information (unit totals, costing, etc.) Workarounds for errors sometimes take hours for what would be a simple 3-minute operation UI looks straight out of the 90s and operates as such All-in-all, a complete lack of integrity or usability
