Pros

The software is easy to use, Great location for communication of safety task and compliance for all worker levels.
It's ease of use in the field permits improved communication between supervisors, peers and management.
Very happy to have a mobile software containing all the systems and processes in one app.

When you have a software that is costumizable to your company needs its hard not have everything you need.
The history of incidents can be reviewed so that we don't make the same mistakes again.
At this time, I am still awaiting the Risk Management module however the release is scheduled for Q1 2021.
