Pros

I would recommend considering this if you're a small to medium sized company because it produces very professional reports at a good cost and customer service is great.
Blue Link is designed such that we have yet to find a something they cannot do. Add to this their excellent people and you have a winning recipe.
But part of the beauty of Bluelink is their ability to fine tune the application for those who require unique situations addressed.

Pros

Secondly, the support we get from the team is outstanding. Rep has been available to resolve issues and any and all tweaking is possible to do with ease with him.
Cin7 is a sleek and beautiful system that is very easy to use. The technical support is outstanding and our allocated technical consultant was exceptionally good.
The sophistication of the software is impressive as is the ability to deal with multiple locations, regions, pricing, fulfillment centers as well as its B2B platform.

Cons

Reporting is seriously lacking. You can tell programmers built the reports and not financial folks.
Upper level management is helpful, but pricy. Low level techs are useless, and pricy.
Unless you yearn for a dated Window's user experience is tough to come up the learning curve on Blue Link.

Cons

Company is ran horrible. Representative should be ashamed.
More often than ever they tell you they will consult with one of their teams and make you waste time until the on-boarding is over and you have to pay for premium support.
The Warehouse Management System is extremely lacking at this stage, which is a problem because we move stock around frequently, being a low-volume, fast-moving retailer.
