Pros

But part of the beauty of Bluelink is their ability to fine tune the application for those who require unique situations addressed.
I would recommend considering this if you're a small to medium sized company because it produces very professional reports at a good cost and customer service is great.
Fantastic - perfect system, awesome customer service, great value - couldn't be happier.

Pros

Ease of use, excellent client service, and solid application software design.
Great, customer support is very responsive and training.
My experience is very good so far and I am still learning and finding how can I get most out of it.

Cons

My view is that these restrictions are important - in previous software packages that I have used the inventory values and quantities became compromised through a lack of forced conformity.
The interface looks old/dated. Not too many report features unless you pay a lot more to have access to them.
We have a very complicated salesman commission structure with three levels, and there has been a little difficulty in processing commissions.

Cons

Unable to search the notes for orders. That is where a lot of our information for orders go in, but we have no way to find certain orders because there is no option for searching notes.
Mobile app for packing is not user friendly and it does not let you to Steal inventory. Barcoding system and tracking goods by serial numbers has some flaws and sometimes it does not ask for serials.
No integration with other apps, at least couldn't find how to do it.
