Pros

I have had compliments from customers in the last couple of days saying how much they like the ease of use and simplicity.
We really enjoyed the team scheduling on this it was effective for us and helpful we organizing our schedule.
The support has always been great (although we rarely needed it). The system is always up and online, is very reliable, and overall easy to use.

Pros

Having prior knowledge if the ERP software arena and how strong Microsoft was with NAV/BC the seamless addition of TAG for CMMS as a service was perfect.
We love how easy it is to use and we had buy in from all of our end users because of how easy and quick it is to get what you.
OEM partner highly professional, highly supportive and responsive, and easy to work with.

Cons

Lack of Unsecured email passwords and email addresses , limited of customization of customers and workers.
Many of which are completely missing from similar software.
I really missed not having Blue Folder around.

Cons

TAG is also a common place for our technicians to document equipment problems, conditions and any preventive maintenance performed for all to see.
Inability to create more than one PWO for recurring tasks (must complete first one to generate the next one).
Above & Beyond - Tool to Cut Down Unnecessary Costs resulting from Reactive Maintenance.
