Pros

BlueInk staff is GREAT to work with and very helpful. I will enjoy seeing BlueInk grow to be as strong, and even stronger, than DocuSign.
Blue Ink by far is the better e signature product. The User experience is excellent and usability for my clients is great as well.
This product is affordable, easy to use. My documents look professional when sent to clients and I like many of the features; the customizable templets are really useful.

Pros

Overall, DigiSigner is absolutely amazing. It helps me keep organized and is super easy to use.
It is a super simple to use product and super useful for my freelance photography business.
I love being able to set up templates for certain documents. I also appreciated the free trial because it allowed me to try it out and then decide that I wanted to subscribe.

Cons

One problem I had was the emails were going to spam folders. The other issues was compatibility.
Some families have a hard time following the steps to sign electronically.
I don’t like how you have to message customer service to delete old/incomplete contracts. Also there’s no options organize the contracts.

Cons

The only negative is what I see come back from clients where they have a difficult time deciding where to actually sign - sometimes their signatures are not on the lines provided.
The inability to make corrections once you add the signature blocks.
Customers did not always sign correctly on the line where signature or date were requested and would also sign just about anywhere on the document which was frustrating.
