When it comes to managing documents and signing them, BlueInk offers great features. The software is affordable and makes file sharing easy too

No bad experiences with BlueInk. It is the best I have used.

I like the simplicity. Very easy to use.

I do not like that it does not take word documents. I do not like the filtering; I would prefer for it to also filter by name and not only by status. Also, I would prefer that all the documents would be displayed at the same time and not have to click on pages, such as to go to the 2nd or 3rd page.

BlueInk is so easy to use for us and for the clients. We have an almost 100% return rate because of how easy it is to use.

No cons from me! The continual updates make this easier to use all of the time.

It's so user friendly! I am new, & it's so nice & easy to navigate, I didn't have to spend loads & loads of time trying to learn a new program too.

In adding signatures to pages, it would be nice to just be able to scroll & not have to click a new page, but that's me being really picky, I really enjoy it!

Love that I can make my signature look more like mine.

Did not like that the link expired before I could log in to my new account.

Ease of use, when looking for an alternative e-signature software provider it was very difficult to find something that ticked all the boxes and was cost effective. Following our Zoom call with BlueInk we were very impressed and signed up straightaway. We were particularly impressed with the I.D and selfie authentication.

Unbelievable product. Simplified my business operations. Helped us “go green” and move to a paperless format. No messy files and things are completed way quicker this way versus competitors, as well as the paper and pen approach. Simplification is a great word to use. The support for this product is also great. I’ve gotten quick help, anytime I’ve needed. Can’t say enough about this! Also— I really like the certificate of completion. Really cool tool to have available.

I truly have no complaints. If you’re considering Thai product..... stop! Just get it and save yourself even more time!

BlueInk permits us the ability to work more seamlessly as a school district which ensuring we're obtaining the necessary signatures on a daily basis and staying within our mandated timelines.

There is no notification via email to the initiating user that the parties have completed/signed the document.

BlueInk is very user friendly for teachers and parents. The ease of use and the time saving features have made BlueInk an integral part of our processes for completing Individualized Education Plans and conducting meetings with parents.

I really don't have any complaints at all about the software.

People being able to sign using their mobile phones. The product is the most user friendly of the ones that I have reviewed with different sales people.

The only con is that the program does not notify you when all signatures have been obtained. Sometimes we get busy and forget to check ourselves.

We love how easy BlueInk is to use! We switched over from another company and had no issues implementing our current workflow with the resources that BlueInk offers. It is quick, secure, and offers everything that we need.

Two things I would suggest to change are--The ability to reoreder Document Templates so that they are in order of frequency of use (or whatever a person might choose) versus alphabetical.- The ability to delete contracts that went unsigned or were cancelled on our end.

I love that it is easy to use and has all the functions I require: checkmarks, initials, signatures, bundles etc.

I would like to be have documents automatically be resent for signatures when a party does not sign without having to manually resend daily. Would be nice to be able to easily print from the archive files.

The electronic signature, reminders sent, and file storage have saved our Evaluation staff lots of time. This time can then be spent with our students instead. The system is user friendly and our parents prefer it over other brands as well.

Aside from the security and authentication features which are essential for a digital signature platform...the most important feature to me was the ability to send documents in bulk. I operate a large program of 200+ students a semester. Each student is required to have paperwork signed by three separate parties. Being able to send these documents in bulk saved me weeks of work.

I would like to see a more robust file management system on the back end for users/administrators. It would be great to be able to customize the way files are stored and organized in the dashboard. Specifically, being able to move completed files to another location so you can more directly monitor in-progress files.

BlueInk is one of the easiest systems I have used and the way it has streamlined a lot of our processes is amazing for our company. We are a somewhat smaller school with not a large administrative office and this has given us more valuable time on things that we never were able to do before.

I don't dislike anything about BlueInk. Adopting this system was a game changer for us.

BlueInk was the best decision for our company in terms of pricing for the large volume of documents that our company sends out on a daily basis. The ease of use for our clients that had not yet used BlueInk was especially important, and it seems that the time frame between when the documents were sent, signed and then received back to us was faster than normal. Not sure how you do it BlueInk but our timeframes in-between decreased and we were able to move forward with projects faster than before.

Simple to use, worth the price, would buy it again.

Document management is done by date and not document name. Also, the "add field" list does not stay put when you scroll the document. So when you scroll down the document to find the correct location for the signature block, you have to then scroll back up, click correct field box, scroll back down to correct location, click again to set the box. It would be nice if that list was in a ribbon that did not move while you scroll the document.

The ability to send documents to both text (SMS) and email has been a gamechanger.
