We switched to BlueInk last year after receiving poor customer service from another leading company. We've been very pleased with the switch. BlueInk is easy to use and was almost half the cost of our previous document signing platform. Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful as well.
BlueInk is simple to use and makes it easy for us to collect documents from our employees and business partners.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to use word documents on BlueInk instead of PDFs to make it easier to edit.

Blueink is not just an e-signature application. We've been delighted to learn that Blueink is an exceptional communications tool that will continue to help us stay in contact with our customers and provide education as we keep their needs updated. The Blueink platform is unobtrusive and since there is so much flexibility with gentle reminders, we haven't encountered a single customer who has felt inconvenienced by looking at a short message on their phone or email and quickly completing it for their own benefit... or ours
The most important highlight for our organization is the flexibility it provides for our clients. They aren't forced to use a computer or complete the documents after creating secure passwords. They simply receive the documents on the platform that works best for them. The software guides them directly to the sections they are tasked to complete and once completed, they "finish" their part of the process and then, once everything is complete, they're presented with their copy which they store in a format and in space they are already familiar with
The only thing we didn't like about the Blueink platform was that we didn't completely realize how flexible it was and we made changes to self made templates we had already sent out in order to make them flow more easily and offer more explanations for our customers. Even though some customers received what appeared to be a similar form multiple times, they all appreciated the clarity and the ease of completing the forms multiple times.

Exceptional! I have told all of my colleagues about this program and am excited to present on it in the future; as it is a truly perfect fit for Work-Based Learning and Youth Apprenticeship Coordinators in Georgia!
Aside from the security and authentication features which are essential for a digital signature platform...the most important feature to me was the ability to send documents in bulk. I operate a large program of 200+ students a semester. Each student is required to have paperwork signed by three separate parties. Being able to send these documents in bulk saved me weeks of work.
I would like to see a more robust file management system on the back end for users/administrators. It would be great to be able to customize the way files are stored and organized in the dashboard. Specifically, being able to move completed files to another location so you can more directly monitor in-progress files.

We are able to get all of the documents associated with our student's education plans a long with staff contracts and other documents sign in a quick fashion. This allows us to start student services faster than before using BlueInk.
BlueInk is one of the easiest systems I have used and the way it has streamlined a lot of our processes is amazing for our company. We are a somewhat smaller school with not a large administrative office and this has given us more valuable time on things that we never were able to do before.
I don't dislike anything about BlueInk. Adopting this system was a game changer for us.

We send many documents out that are both legal in nature and important to our ability to move forward with projects. On a few occasions we had to reach out to customer support and the experience was phenomenal. The people are kind, understanding and they get right to fixing the issue without making the problem more frustrating. I actually have started looking forward to working with their customer support team, which is definitely a first!
BlueInk was the best decision for our company in terms of pricing for the large volume of documents that our company sends out on a daily basis. The ease of use for our clients that had not yet used BlueInk was especially important, and it seems that the time frame between when the documents were sent, signed and then received back to us was faster than normal. Not sure how you do it BlueInk but our timeframes in-between decreased and we were able to move forward with projects faster than before.
Nothing at the moment, but I will get back to you if I find any.

Document management is done by date and not document name. Also, the "add field" list does not stay put when you scroll the document. So when you scroll down the document to find the correct location for the signature block, you have to then scroll back up, click correct field box, scroll back down to correct location, click again to set the box. It would be nice if that list was in a ribbon that did not move while you scroll the document.

My overall experience has been very positive. I prepared a couple demo documents and sent them to myself. They were received immediately and it was an easy experience to complete the required data fields, e-sign the document, and send it back. I got the signed document almost immediately and the experience was very positive.
I just started my company and was in need of an e-signature solution. I evaluated several other products and decided on BlueInk initially because of the reasonable cost and good feature set. The signup process was quick and easy and I was able to upload my document and create my editable fields in no time at all. I got a little confused while creating my internal e-signature and was not sure if...
Too early to determine what additional features I might want but impressed that BlueInk cared enough to ask the question.

When we needed to have virtual meetings and to send an receive signatures on required documents, BlueInk was our answer. It has only improved and innovated since that time.
The ability to send documents to both text (SMS) and email has been a gamechanger.
BlueInk has continued to upgrade and innovate - I have had no "cons" at all.

The bussiness problem we have solved is sending document in a bundle. With are last company we had to send individual documents which was much more costly. Our ecperience has been great.
Very impactful feature is the ease of bundling documents and ease of use.
I really at this time am not finding anything with Blueink that I do not like.

Utilizing BlueInk has improved our department greatly! We are able to get necessary paperwork signed quickly and I love how BlueInk sends reminders when the forms are not signed. Also, the customer service has been exceptional! The staff at BlueInk is very responsive and knowledgable.
Using BlueInk means our students have access to IEPs and 504 plans much sooner because we do not have to wait for the postal service process. For instance we can send the consent for the initial provision of services via BlueInk and get it signed that very day. When using the USPS, we might wait for months for the paperwork to be returned and things get lost.
There are no cons to BlueInk! We have had no issues with the platform.

We've been very happy
I've been using DocuSign for years... I love how they are alike, but BlueInk is way more user friendly. I never have to worry if I'm doing something incorrectly or not. I love how easy it is to save documents once they are signed, and how easy it is for my residents to view and sign.
There are only two things that irk me about the software, the amount of documents allowed per tier. If there is already a bundle limit why limit the amount of documents? The only other item that makes things a bit difficult is the ease of being able to edit a document once it has been uploaded. I feel that like DocuSign there should be a function where you should be able to add text boxes

Invoices come back signed faster when someone signs up for the text option instead of the email. If the client is able to access the email, it seems to be more user friendly
The feature I like the most is the ability to send it to a cell phone and client's that are on the go or can't get the email to come through receive and sign instantly.
The template that we used wasn't able to be communicated to our system so we had to get an expert to come in and work on it for us. I would look into having multiple template options. Also, not being able to edit a bundle after it's been sent without copying the bundle and resending then having to delete the old one.

This product has all the features I need to use almost daily with an attractive price point. It was easy to begin using this product as opposed to my previous product. Very pleased!
Reaching Customer Service was a bit difficult, needed to submit message online and had no idea whether my ticket was received. Issue resolved so all is well but it would have been nice to have some tracking on it.

GREAT! Easy to upload documents - easy to have others sign remotely just click and drag - Easy to train support staff to help in the process
East of use - trained my para to handle the sending and receiving of documents pretty quickly.
Don't really have any cons - I've used several different platforms and liked Blue Ink the best.

I love the affordability and functionality that Blueink provides. I was hesitant to initially move our operations to electronic signatures because of the overall costs. When I found Blueink, I signed up the free trial and I immediately realized that this was the solution I needed for my team and it was offered at the right price point. We now use Blueink daily and it has simplified our workflow. Most importantly, my customers love how easy Blueink is to use. Customer service has also been a joy to interact with. Overall, highly recommended!
We do not have any issues with the software or the support. Blueink delivered services as promised.

A great product. Eas of use and being able to contact a customer service rep 24/7 is great.
This software was easy for our teachers to learn and start using right away. As the administrator of the software that made my job easy.
If a teacher didn't log in within a certain time frame I would need to resend them the invite. Teachers found this frustrating because they would have to wait until I was available.

I've had very few glitches with Blue Ink and I've submitted thousands of docs for signature.
Works quickly and well almost every time. When I have had a very few glitches from time to time, I can chat with tech service immediately to solve my problem.
I wish the names for each document were spelled out in each document name.

I haven’t come across an electronic signature platform easier to use than Blueink. They were able to help my company and myself become more efficient for a fraction of the price of their competitors.

Blueink has been a very beneficial tool for our office. We no longer have to depend on children bringing paperwork back to us. It can be emailed and we are able to check to see if it was completed. No lost or missing paperwork!
Since COVID many parents prefer to teleconference for a meeting instead of attending in person. Prior to using Blueink, the documents would have been mailed or sent home with students and we waited for them to return or had to send them over and over again. Blueink makes this process so much easier. It is easy to use, can be sent by text or email, maintains data, and provides options for multiple signers of documents. I love it.!
I want the forms to be listed as they are signed in the order they are coming in. It is difficult to remember which ones you are waiting on when they are all filed back to the date on which they were sent. It would be much easier to keep up with the most recent ones signed if they were listed that way.

I LOVE BlueInk and if I ever have to do my job without BlueInk, I would consider a career change. Thank you for this service!
I am a School Psychologist, and I have an overwhelmning amount of documents that need signatures daily! This feature has increased my productivity by giving me my time back that was previously spent driving all over town (and to other towns) getting signatures. Parents love this feature because they no longer have to come in just to sign my forms. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Someone responds to me almost immediately. Suggestions that I made early were listened to and implemented. BlueInk is now exactly what I need it to be.
