I think BlueInk has great potential. BlueInk staff is GREAT to work with and very helpful. I will enjoy seeing BlueInk grow to be as strong, and even stronger, than DocuSign.
Easy to use. I like the Signers portion - keeps track and builds a signer listing.
I don't like: 1. limited document formatting options 2. Unable to: a) resend (as a reminder to sign)several documents at one time b) to set up and deploy my own smart documents c) assign an individual(s) to receive a "cc" d) print one document that includes signature document and Certificate of Evidence(s) e) print the Certificate of Evidence as one complete document, with all signers f) create folders to separate completed documents in Archive area

Blue Ink by far is the better e signature product. The User experience is excellent and usability for my clients is great as well. I know it’s safe and my clients feel the same. Love this product!

Great experience. I've never had an issue with a document. It's very useful for many of my clients that have access to cellphones but not computers in getting documents signed.
Templates are easy to use and set up. I also like that I can send documents to be signed to a cellphone number.
I don't like that I can't name my bundles so that I know what matter the document relates to when I'm notified.

Amazing. BlueInk has changed how we do business -especially for educational documents that require parent signature. It saves time and ensures that everyone who needs to sign the document does.
This product is so easy to use and the fact that multiple people can sign at the same time makes it very functional in the world of education.
The only thing I don't like (and I actually think it is an email account issue) is that if I receive multiple items to sign they come stacked up in one email and it is hard to keep track of the documents and I worry that I missed one.

Special education requires a number of signatures on various documents. Blue Ink has allowed me to ensure I can easily get all the required signatures in a timely manner. This has also allowed us to continue to offer parents the option of not having to come to the school for a meeting, which they have indicated works best for them.
This may have been changed since I last needed it, but I do wish there was an option to change from portrait to landscape before sending a document. I've had no other issues that I haven't either been able to easily figure out or explained to me by BlueInk's customer service team.

Setup was easy. Customer service is very helpful.
It is very complex on a phone - the text is too small.

UI is very user friendly, my signers love it, Blue Ink as a whole and my account manager [sensitive content hidden] are always so friendly!
Getting the older employees to get on board with a paperless solution, even though it's super though it's super easy to use.

Great. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is so efficient, quick, and easy to use
Mobile feature to sign. It is so much faster to send a link and have the patient sign on the spot.
it should have a notification for when text message bounces back. Ex: non working mobile # or if we are using a land line number

The two biggest positive changes are how much time I save completing the contract process and how quickly I receive the signed contracts back from the client.
I definitely appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly I can get contracts out and returned (signed!) This has saved me so much time overall and the clients really like the fact they don't have to print/sign/scan and return anymore.
It may be a training issue on my part... but it would be nice if I need to make a correction to the documents that I could do that without having to create a new bundle. Even better if I could correct in Blue Ink application.

We are saving a lot of administrative time using BlueInk for the execution of our contracts and other documents. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing.
The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve.
The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece.

I love being able to send a document electronically and get a response almost immediately. Very easy to use.
At times it is difficult to grab and drag the person you want to sign the document.

I haven't had a single issue. No complaints whatsoever.
The ease of sending and receiving documents with our clients.
It would be nice if there were optional tabs to sign or leave blank. (Maybe there are and I just haven't explore it enough!)

Very user friendly. Simple to use on both sides...no complaints from clients

There isn't anything I don't like about BlueInk!! This product helps complete documents that would be otherwise difficult at best to get! I need signatures and most times, I'm not able to get those people to come to me, so I send them the documents with BlueInk. Within minutes, generally, I have completed documents.

Blueink has been great in meeting our need for parent and team signatures during remote meetings. It has continued to be a great tool for several purposes in our organization.
The ease of use helped our teachers get digital signatures on special education paperwork during the pandemic. We will continue to use this product because of the impact it has had on our work.
I'm not sure what else I would expect from a product like this.

We are able to execute contracts easily and fill our units . Our contracts are highly specialized because of offering student housing so customization is key.
The features I like most about blue ink are that i can finalize contracts from anywhere and my client can be anywhere. I am not tied to my office and business can move forward 24 hours a day.I like that my template can be created personalized to our needs. I also enjoy the update seminars and that they are distributed online.
I joined Blue Ink when it was first starting and creating templates was free by customer service. Recently i called for help building a new template and was told it would be a $150 cost. i was able to figure out creating the template myself but it took some time.

willingness to listen to the customer and improve the product
There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls.
