Easy to use and conveniently can be accessed from anywhere even mobile phone.

Once a document is sent you can't make changes, you have to do it all over again a for one small thing. Also it has a glitch for now a year the templates only show up to 10 but can't see the rest and you have added to compensate still an issue that should've been fixed

I love how easy it is to create a bundle and send to parents for signatures. It is very user friendly and parents are able to figure it out with ease. I love that you can resend if needed and also that you can be notified when signatures have been completed.

Honestly, I find this very simple to use and do not have any complaints.

I like the mobile features, it's so easy to send, receive and sign documents while multitasking. I like that the product is easy to use even for people who are not tech savvy.

This product is easy to use. The signers have expressed that they found it easy to figure out how to sign.

When I make a mistake in assigning a signer to the wrong spot I have difficulty figuring out how to delete the signature box so that I can assign the correct signer.

The documents go away too soon when trying to retrieve them after a while

Ease of use was the primary benefit of BlueInk and the fact that you could set up a document for signature in a matter of minutes

I wish that there was a search feature on the dashboard to find documents by recipients or signers.

It is easy to learn and use. Very convenient for getting documents signed when meeting participants are located in different places.

I would like to have the option for an either/or check box. Where the user has to choose one or the other. When we put a checkbox option on our documents, signers often do not check either.

Helped streamline onboarding for new members, clients, and employees.

I havent found anything that I disliked about the platform, however, there was a learning curve after first purchasing the product being that I never used an E-signature solution in the past.

The product integration within the company has been so easy! I became familiar with it within an hour and now train our team to use it!

I wish there was a way to title the items sent so if I need to look back at my dashboard it is easy to find, instead of looking it up by date.

Due to the necessity of a number of signatures (authenticated) required to obtain in Human Resources BlueInk will streamline our processes to ensure that all the required paperwork is collected in a timely manner with the proper signature.

As we just began using BlueInk we have not found anything that is to dislike about it. So far it has been very helpful.

Lower cost than DocuSign, but provides the same resources

Change is hard, so switching from DocuSign to another format took a few minutes

The convenience and user friendly features are exceptional.

There are times that I don't receive a confirmation email that the documents have been completed so I have to periodically check the website to make sure I didn't miss any important documents.

Ease of setup and use was our primary reason for choosing BlueInk. First class customer service, quick response, and quality problem resolution has been a bonus.

We have not run into many areas in terms of what our company needs that BlueInk did not already have available.

It's ease of use--I can figure most things out in the platform without tutorials.

That I can't just create my own forms...but I think that's b/c my administrator has only purchased a level for certain people to do that.

Easy to get approval and less email follow up

The ease of setting up the customizable templates has made it very convenient for me to send out my documents for signatures. This is something that I didn’t enjoy with other companies that I have used in the past.

I have been using BlueInk for the last 7 months and I haven’t had any pain points that I need to address.

It's no nice to not have to wait for in-person signatures on documents.
