Streamlined Our Signatures

The platform has solved problems and provided efficiency and tracking of documentation bundles through multiple layers of customers and management.

Pros

It allowed us to automate signatures "in order" with internal and external stakeholders. I like the automatic reminders for pending signatures.

Cons

I'd like a way to store past subject/customized emails for ease of use and verbiage consistency.

Blueink Is Perfect for Education

My experience with Blueink has been exceptional in comparison to other products I've tried.

Pros

Blueink is intuitive and easy to use. I especially like being able to send out multiparty documents and see when they have been signed. This is especially helpful for online meetings and for documentation purposes.

Cons

The process for sending email messages with the documents is complicated. I would like to be able to message parents and team members individually when I send a multiparty document.

Must have for every business

I still can’t believe people are not on a digital contract platform yet. BlueInk is free and should be with every business small to large.

Pros

I like the ease of use, and the fact it’s free to start. I feel like every business needs to get on this ASAP.

Cons

I don’t like how you have to message customer service to delete old/incomplete contracts. Also there’s no options organize the contracts. As a wedding videographer, I would like to organize by date of production so it would be a ease to pull up. Would also like to see a payment portal added on in the future like other contract softwares.

Great Customer Service

Pros

I was impressed with the Sales Rep, [sensitive content hidden], who took the time to conduct a demo for me and then another for my team. He had great knowledge of the product and recommended a plan that would fit the company's needs.

Cons

I think the verbiage will take a minute to get used to (Bundle, Bundle Template), but other than that I think its a great platform.

Cons

The software was great, my personnel were hesitant to learn another new platform during the pandemic, but once they started using it they realized how fabulous it is!

I Use BlueInk for IEPs in Special Education

I use this for signatures on legal documents related to Special Education. I like it more than DocuSign since it is more user friendly.

Pros

I think that this software is super easy to use. It clearly prompts for the next steps. I also really like the mobile signing function.

Cons

I do not have at this time. You have made it easier to print docs that have been partially signed to obtain hard copy signatures in addition to the digital signatures, which was my only issue.

Pros

It is super easy to use BlueInk. Bulk send is a great feature where you can send a document to all staff. This is my second year, and I am so happy to use it.

Cons

Not much at this time. I have everything I needed in blueInk.

Makes my job so much easier!

Positive, positive, positive

Pros

Being able to gather signatures of team members in different places, at different times id a life saver for a team leader responsible for those documents. It was easy for my school to use and for most of the parents of my students.

Cons

It meets my needs thus far. I like to share documents with Blue Ink and I like the testing component as well.

BlueInk - A great solutions for electronic signature!

Great experience, easy to manage, very cost effective!

Pros

The ability to create a package to send to multiple users, track progress, and to collect signatures is very easy.

Cons

sometimes the order of the persons to sign "flip" and when placing the signature fields in the document, need to be changed. Easy to fix but annoying.

Great software that I didn't know I needed

Pros

Being able to electronically sign contracts with my overseas buyers on a secure and easy to use platform was a game changer. Knowing that it was both compliant with US and EU electronic signing laws it was a no brainier!

Cons

The price point was a little higher than anticipated but the convenience and security are unparalleled

My overall experience has been excellent.

Pros

It is easy to use and very user friendly

Cons

When you get an email to sign, if often links it with old emails from blue ink, making it hard to find the signature you need to sign. This is difficult for staff and families. A new email should be triggered each time. Also for your reviews, you need more options for job titles. It did not have Speech language Pathologist for a job title, it did not have tele health and it had no options for education or teachers. You need to have those options. Many people are using blue ink due to covid now.

BlueInk Review

BlueInk has been and will continue to be very useful to our office. We are required to obtain parent signatures often and BlueInk has given us a platform that saves times and is efficient, convenient and cost effective.

Pros

BlueInk has provided us the opportunity to share documents with parents in a safe and secure way. It has also made our requirements of acquiring parental consent easier by providing a convenient way to reach parents through email and/or cell phones.

Cons

I have not found any issues with BlueInk. It was easy to integrate into our office needs.

Pros

It is very user friendly to set up documents to be signed. It has been very easy to explain to all parties how to complete their signatures and submit the document. This has been a great way to get a large group of people to all sign the same document.

Cons

So far I enjoy the whole Blueink experience.
