The whole software! I love absolutely everything about Bookingkoala and how this has changed my business forever!

There is nothing I can say that I don't like about the software. This hits the nail on the he'd with everything I need and want for my business!

I am not sure if I can pick just one thing. I would have to say the reports or the rating system are some of the best options! Everything is simply great. BookingKoala is simply a great software and I will continue using it for as long as possible.

The various amounts of features makes this software a steal for what they are charging.

There were a few little glitches here and there the first week but when I sent them in the support team had them fixed basically right away.

I love the fact that people are able to view different packages online before choosing which one they want to purchase.

The forms are something that you need to get used to putting together but after that everything is a breeze!

Let us know if you need help putting anything together. We are trying to make everything as perfect as possible for our customers.

Smart Scheduling is the best part of the software, there are no over lapping times, I dont have to worry about canceling appointments and rescheduling them on another day.

There are some things that take time to learn and understand but once that is done you just forget about them.

For me the reminders are a great tool to have especially when trying to juggle multiple appointments daily.

I am slow to learn technology so it did take me some time getting used to it, but after I figured it out it was simple.

I love the option that walkers will have their own section to sign in and see any jobs they have coming up.

The reports section is a little much to figure out in the beginning but after a while you get used to it.

I am one of the beta testers that was selected by BookingKoala and Filip Boksa the CEO to test the product and compare it to others out there. To keep it short this is literally the Shopify of the service industry and nothing else compares to BookingKoala when it comes to growing a service business PLUS its FREE when you're just starting out. Cant be beat.

There is so much to this software that makes it great there is not something to really pinpoint. The provider logins are very very cool!
