Pros

Not only does the product itself fit our needs and is easy to use for both clients and staff, the customer service is outstanding.
Not only Booksteam is better priced, but in my opinion it is a better software overall. I really like the booking page design, it is very stylish.
Very nice and friendly support team, anything I ask they reply instant and professional (and I ask a lot of questions ha).

Pros

I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost.
He continually tells me how wonderful it is to work for Connecteam (and I am so glad to support a company that treats its employees so well).
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the ease of the software, and highly impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service team.

Cons

My business is no longer myself, it's grown, and between me and my 7 employees we schedule a ton of appointments and pen and paper just doesn't cut it.
M a photographer and sometimes I get real busy with the shoot, and it used to be huge inconvenience to deal with clients over the email or phone to schedule them in.
We used to use another company before (don't want to name them but it starts with S...) and we were constantly dealing with issues and empty promises, it was very frustrating.

Cons

My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
Many times information will be submitted by my employees that I need other employees to be able to view and work on collaboratively, but there's no real way to do that now strictly through the app.
Maybe a LaunchPad app is missing but i think they will also do it in fututre.
