Pros

Not only does the product itself fit our needs and is easy to use for both clients and staff, the customer service is outstanding.
Not only Booksteam is better priced, but in my opinion it is a better software overall. I really like the booking page design, it is very stylish.
Very nice and friendly support team, anything I ask they reply instant and professional (and I ask a lot of questions ha).

Pros

This software is the most user friendly for the capabilities of the software. That stated, I was surprised that Wellness Living did an evaluation of my Website to improve its capabilities.
There are other advantages also such as email, reminders, thank you and simple yet powerful follow up tools that help to build relationship with customers.
There's also a Help Suite you can use to look up any particular situation. The features are awesome and the price point for all it is capable of is fantastic.

Cons

My business is no longer myself, it's grown, and between me and my 7 employees we schedule a ton of appointments and pen and paper just doesn't cut it.
M a photographer and sometimes I get real busy with the shoot, and it used to be huge inconvenience to deal with clients over the email or phone to schedule them in.
We used to use another company before (don't want to name them but it starts with S...) and we were constantly dealing with issues and empty promises, it was very frustrating.

Cons

Clients got frustrated paying money then their session counts wrong. Clients got frustrated because the app always had a glitch or wasn't working right.
This makes me VERY nervous. As someone who relies 100% on virtual services for revenue for their business during the pandemic this creates a lot of frustration for my clients and for me.
These 3 events that happened months apart from each other & the most frightening. Event 1, the reports were scrambled and did not reflect accurate data.
