In theory, I like all of the features that core has to offer, however, when the features don't work the way they're supposed to it becomes a bit of a nightmare to use. It has a lot of bugs, crashes often and in general is just not very user friendly.

Very Good Time Tracking Software

Overall our experience with the product and people supporting it has been incredibly great. All along our journey of selection process and then on-boarding and finally day to day support we need has been a wonderful experience. The easy setup of projects using templates and option to assign bill rates by projects using fee schedules has finally reduced the steps and workload.

We switched to Bill Quick at just the right time! It allowed us to respond to client demanded invoice templates and enabled us to continue to grow without adding additional back office support staff. The mobile app is also great for time and expense entry and so is web suite for all our remote offices and mobile staff. Billing can be accomplished quickly with this product!

We became a BillQuick Enterprise user in March 2011.  From the start, we were impressed by the software and the BillQuick Team.  Their assistance in the integration of the product was handled professionally.  We were walked through every step and an explanation of the "why" was given to us by our Implementation Manager we had - Irfan Qazi.  The program is intuitive and easy to use.  To date, we have had our support requests handled by friendly, knowledgeable representatives.  I learn every day there is more to the software than I knew of the day before.  

The software's time and expense is easy to use and all of our employees use it to report their time and expenses.  The software makes preparation of monthly invoices to our clients easy and efficient.

We really like the software because it is really user friendly and the customer service at Bill Quick is outstanding. We were really amazed that Bill Quick was able to set us up remotely and everything was absolutely seamless. We were a little skeptical at first because we are located in Canada but that wasn't an issue at all. We also like how easy it is for Bill Quick to integrate with Quick Books. 

We were also very impressed with their customization of all of all our invoices and reports. Their on line web training is also very good. Everyone at Bill Quick is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Don't confuse Bill Quick with BQECore

Overall it gets the job done that we need it to do.  Most things are pretty straightforward, but some things you have to dig a little to figure out how to get the information you need.

Great for time and expense tracking, other features are less straightforward

Horrible and SUPER frustrating! When we were demoing the product we were told that the application process will take at the most a week, it took us 4 month to get our application approved. We have worked with following team: [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. It took sometimes several follow ups to get answer and any progress on the issues we were dealing with. In the end we had to go through their Credit Builder program to get set up on the system. Next was setting up integration with NetSuite, there was a small issue with set up and it took following up and 14 days for them to find solution. (having experience working with other softwares this is very very long time)And final issue, logging in only two weeks after everything was set up (users, departments, integrations ect.) we see message [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Which we do and the support team tells us that they are closing Credit Builder program and if we are still interested in their spend software we are welcome to re-apply for Divvy at any time.This is the most frustrating experience that I had thought my career.

We are still using Quickbooks for accounting for now. The webinars have been great, the support team has been great, our trainer was great.

Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.

Billing process is easy and intuitive as we can provide clients with a detailed invoicing if required. Ability to manage subcontractors pretty much like our employees is very helpful.

The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed.

While I am still learning and looking at how our company can best utilize CORE in all areas, we are definitely benefitting from using it.

There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.

The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).

This custom report is a great tool for us… color coded – RED, showing when over budget (time or ‘not to exceed’ contract fee).

It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.

We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.
