We have been using ArchiOffice for about a decade. The software is quite robust and has a lot of features. We use it primarily to track our time, project profitability, do billing. Technical Service is excellent at ArchiOffice. Denise Karp (with whom I have worked many, many years) and Alan Schlieper are readily available, thorough and patient with our needs. They take the time to show us how to better get the information we want out of the program and trouble shoot things when they go awry. This is essential, because while ArchiOffice is robust, it is also complicated.

Easiest way to do my invoicing and tracking of all time for employees and projects.  Also allows me to create great reports regarding clients held, amount billed, amount owed (and how long overdue).  Most Clients love our invoices because they are very clear and straightforward.

BillQuick is a great resource for our Architectural billing needs.  It's design and features caters to our Architectural billing needs.  Would be nice if the software functionality and features felt more modern and up to speed with other software platforms out there, similar to an web app feel.

We have been utilizing Engineer Office since 2011 for a Civil Engineering and Survey firm. We have been happy with the refinements that BQE has put into place throughout the years to make it functional. We utilize it mostly as a timekeeping and billing complement to Quickbooks. In the last few years, we have successfully cut our time for billing down by implementing best management practices on entering data. Billing used to take a week from the closing date and now it only takes a day or two at the most. Overall the project management when it comes to billing is what we need to operate our business efficiently.

There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.

The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).

This custom report is a great tool for us… color coded – RED, showing when over budget (time or ‘not to exceed’ contract fee).

It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.

We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.
