We are still using Quickbooks for accounting for now. The webinars have been great, the support team has been great, our trainer was great.

Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.

The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed.

While I am still learning and looking at how our company can best utilize CORE in all areas, we are definitely benefitting from using it.

We have used it for quite a few years now and it has given us good insight into the firms overall performance on projects. We have used those results to fine tune or pricing.

There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.

The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).

This custom report is a great tool for us… color coded – RED, showing when over budget (time or ‘not to exceed’ contract fee).

It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.

We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.

Good product. The functionality is strong and has helped streamline our administration. The only complaint we have is the difficulties in transitioning versions.

This company is clueless when it comes to the needs of small architectural firms.

Wrong software for small businesses

This system is robust and provides the status of current projects and will, in time, provide historic data that can be filtered by project type.  This is very useful when developing fee proposals.  Since it is designed for use by architects, it handles industry specific needs better than a more generic business management package.

This app is simple to use and have all functionality available. The interaction with the app is easy and we can easily get to anywhere within a couple or more clicks. Nice to have all features in this app.

Simple, Interactive, Functional

This is a fantastic program.  As our business grew we really struggled with our old software to produce clear invoices without jumping through hoops.  Now, invoicing is very easy.  Additionally, we have information available to us we never had before.  The Customer Service is top notch.  Very short wait time and they have always been able to solve my problems.  The Facebook Group is great - if other customers can't help, BQ staff jump in and offer solutions.  Highly recommend BQ!!

BillQuick was the best way to reduced our administrative costs, without losing control of accounting management. We can be focused on our technical job, with lower costs and more time. An excellent tool.

BillQuick - less fixed costs

The software is fairly easy to use and many of the functions within each area of the software all work exactly the same and can be found under the same sub-menu within each section.  It is quite intuitive while still allowing for substantial customization or choices within each section.  We use it only for billing along with accounts receivables, aging, etc.  We do not interface it with our accounting software as we have an offsite accountant who just enters the summary from the ageing and income reports.

I love this program very much and recommend it to anyone planning on using it to sync with QuickBooks. It saves us a lot of time.

We like the project as a team based on the functionality included. Customer support is really proactive and reply timely as needed.

The process is easier with ArchiOffice. We can create projects within 1 minute and assign to the project team. It does not take all of our time to manage the projects.

In the past 10 years, I have used BillQuick, SAP and Deltek Costpoint. In my opinion, BillQuick is, by far, the best. Entering information is quick and easy. There are hundreds of standard reports for extracting information in a meaningful way. And if you can’t find the perfect report, one can be customized to suit your needs. Using BillQuick has saved us money by drastically reducing the amount of necessary accounting time without sacrificing quality. And on those few occasions when we have needed support, BillQuick is very helpful. I highly recommend this program.
