Pros

It's nice to have all your records in one place, but being able to make meaningful use of said data is a large area of opportunity, and it can be done with some substantial elbow grease.
I tested lots of other systems, and while not perfect, Brightpearl seems to be the best of them.
We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Pros

Apiant is not only priced better than its competitors, but it also delivered a technologically superior experience to automating our company.
Apiant is so powerful in what they can accomplish, yet they make it look so simple.
Easy to reach help and support. Easy to troubleshoot, everything is logged.

Cons

Immensely frustrating when the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.
I must give a mention to the accounts package which is a godsend for us. If you are a either scared of, or bored by accounts, then Brightpearl will take the worry and the pain away.
We believe this issue has now been resolved for the errors seen importing and exporting data from Brightpearl. We do apologise for this issue occurring and the disruption to your business.

Cons

For example, in the last month alone, I've run over 10,000 tasks; an amount that would bankrupt me to try and manage with staff, overseas or domestic.
We've been told the software would be accurate and it's now, now they saying it's from MBO's fault. I never had that problem before.
We've been charged right away. We also have been told we would have a service ready which isn't true.
