Pros

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.
BrightPearl has been very useful for helping us with our inventory tracking and reporting. The customer service is awesome, they respond very quickly with any question/comment we may have.
We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Pros

A great product with amazing support and all at a fraction of the price of their competitors.
Customer service is definately the high point. If I can be polite and say they are very patient, helpful and we are NOT an easy business/customer to fit software to.
It is a simple product that makes tracking inventory easy. Customer support has been fantastic and they have been open to developing certain elements that we have requested.

Cons

I must give a mention to the accounts package which is a godsend for us. If you are a either scared of, or bored by accounts, then Brightpearl will take the worry and the pain away.
Immensely frustrating when the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.
We believe this issue has now been resolved for the errors seen importing and exporting data from Brightpearl. We do apologise for this issue occurring and the disruption to your business.

Cons

It is frustrating that they are now refusing to refund our monies, which in reality, is a tiny portion of what we have spent in time and wages on this project.
It's also not the cheapest - but you get what you pay for - a million features, more can be built if you need them - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orderhive to anyone, and regularly do.
The one downfall of Orderhive is its biggest plus - It's massive. There is no way you will learn it all in a week or even a month.
