BE AWARE OF BRIGHTREE

I used Brightree for years and when I tried to get out I feel like they totally charged me an exorbitant amount, denied my access for the dates that I was supposed to be able to use the product.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It started out well with lots of promises however it turned out to be very different and I struggled to maintain daily tasks.

Pros

The software helps get through the daily tasks even though there are many bugs encountered in the way.

Cons

Customer service was awful and we lost a lot of business while using their software. Inventory calculations were very inaccurate and caused errors in billing.

Shady way to do buisness

So if you delivered a device or service 60 after inputting the patients work in progress, the AR report would say its 60 past due the day it is delivered.
