Pros

They are very responsive to any questions and always do their best to provide the best product possible.
Customer service is AMAZING. Very responsive and helpful with anything we have needed.
Striven is a great product to use with a staff that is even greater to work with.

Pros

I like how you can both link and embed video and really, create any type of layout you want. That is nice and I like having the ability to have certain layouts for certain kind of content.
I love that in general I can have the benefit of a "hands-on" approach and thoroughly teach concepts and in actuality use up very little time to do so. Overall, Trainual is very helpful.
Overall their quality of support has been excellent with great webinars to help guild and show new features.

Cons

The calendar functionality is difficult to get accustomed to.
Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

Cons

The overall usability of the website is confusing at times. There are times I feel that I have to duplicate my work to get the same results which is sometimes a waste of time.
Some of the section names were a little confusing.
Over time the playback on the videos downloaded will get distorted.
