What is Chondrion?

Chondrion is a cloud-based retail management solution, designed to help consumer goods retailers with order fulfillment, customer service, and supply chains. Chondrion’s key features include inventory management, warehouse management, order tracking, advertising, and reporting.

With Chondrion, users can track stock across all channels with real-time notifications, as well as reconcile inventory counts periodically by warehouse or region. Chondrion provides automatic replenishment quantity suggestions, tracks inbound purchase order shipments, and helps users attach files, notes, and emails to vendor orders. Plus, managers can track bin/bay locations, use barcoding to optimize the shipping and receiving processes, and monitor picking runs for multiple warehouses.

Chondrion comes with a customizable online storefront, allowing administrators to segment products by category. Users can add features and recommended products, offer rewards and gift codes, manage customer accounts, view order status, and capture buyer information from abandoned checkouts. Plus, the platform facilitates integration with third-party applications, including WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and more.
