Pros

It's also great to know that they are continually working to improve this software to make it even more user friendly for construction companies.
It creates a consistent method for recording and communicating with clients and trades. Coconstruct help team is amazing and always takes the time to help us figure out how to do something.
The program has been really great for improving our tracking and management of changes and decisions. The software continues to improve and add features, which is great and the support is excellent.

Pros

Mark Systems has been a pleasure to work with. They are very helpful and responsive to issues that come up.
Most importantly, if you do have questions, all of the staff at Mark Systems knows the product and there are specialists and support if needed. The reporting is amazing and easy to understand.
The company has a great technical support staff who is great to work with.

Cons

I think you guys are missing the need that we have for tying selections due dates to individual tasks (instead of to milestones).
We have struggled for years keeping track of the many details that go along with a complex construction project and CoConstruct provides us with a detailed platform to stay organized.
Australian Quickbooks does but the GST can not be altered to 15% from 10. So no one can use this apart from Australia.

Cons

Setup has been very difficult, and we received a lot of bad direction throughout the process.
As a growing company, those tools were weak and were a serious burden to our company, so we looked at home building software and decided on Mark Systems.
We build just over 100 homes a year and are anxious to do more. We transitioned to Mark Systems from Quickbooks and spreadsheets.
