Pros

The program has been really great for improving our tracking and management of changes and decisions. The software continues to improve and add features, which is great and the support is excellent.
It's also great to know that they are continually working to improve this software to make it even more user friendly for construction companies.
Not all clients will use it, but those who do love it. We use the mobile app on our iPhones and it's great to add quick notes in the field or look up important information.

Pros

The proposals and invoicing are seamless. I also use the time stopwatch for clocking freelance hours which seamlessly translate to an invoice for billing which is amazing.
Overall, I'm extremely happy and I love all the growth and opportunities to tie my website in with the profile, the 3-D, rendering options, and all the bells and whistles that you provide.
The messaging features and leads features are very helpful, and I like the concierge. I haven't used the estimate feature because we have our own system for that, but I like that it exists.

Cons

We were looking to eliminate places of duplicate entry - not create more. Document management is horrible.
Time to finally transition to ProCore and let Co-Construct keep their mess. I rather pay the higher fee for a service that won't drive away my customers.
Problems with entering taxes. Uses a text format rather than Word in Proposal/Estimate section.

Cons

Being directly connected to a potential client by a computer on the phone, when they have no idea who you are or why your are calling at what is usually an inconvenient time for them.
I have had a few spam encounters recently and the # of leads I receive has dropped.
But the automatic responses are irritating as they continue to ask you to respond when that's already be done. The program doesn't follow through as you move through the process.

Co camp was incredible and it was great to meet the people behind it all. Co construct has come along ways in 10+ years. My rep is a pro.

Pros

Ease of use and customer support are amazing. It is very easy to get ahold of the co consruct team.

Cons

There really is not something I don't like about the software. Everything makes sense and works very well.

Customer Service - they get it.

Founder and CEO really gets the "customer service" aspect of his company and stresses it at every level. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful while attending "camp". Lunch at "camp" was delicious. The follow up after camp has been consistent. I'm just getting into it's use but am looking forward to it.

Pros

Just getting into it but the only product of this kind that had an on-site hand-holding "camp" to learn by doing in a group setting. Intuitive use, even for the "older" non-computer generation use.

Cons

Many features are available ( a "pro" and not a "con") however "camp" time limit only allowed a fraction of the capabilities of the product to be demonstrated. Still benefitted from the "camp" experience.

Making a HUGE difference in our business

Truly this software has changed our world. Client management, internal standards, estimating, and every other aspect of our business has been positively impacted by this program. Are there areas for improvement? Of course. But not only is the company making changes pro-actively, they encourage users to submit requests for improvements for consideration. I spent 20+ years in IT & Development before a career change to building so I can say unequivocally that I've never worked with a software company that cares more about their clients and users.

Pros

Easy to integrate Very cost effective

Cons

Still some parts of the program that need bolstering - time keeping especially

Almost There but can't compete

Poor, I was on the trial and was to have a meeting the last day with rep to cancel as it didn't meet the software needs as we are currently using CoConstruct. He didn't call like he stated and now they are not canceling my subscription and making me pay for full year. They refuse to help and now I am pay for a software I dont use and sticking with more power house products like CoConstruct.

Pros

Pros of the selection process is very nice and helps with owners

Cons

Software navigation isn't the cleanest 1 cost code estimating is limiting the software Change order process is lacking real depth Scheduling takes to much time and dependents don't automatically move when setting up. Customer service is lacking
