Overall it's a good 7/10. Could be better but also better than a lot of what's out there.
The UI was much better than what my company used previously. It's also pretty intuitive to use and even those not as tech-savy should be able to do it.
There wasn't an easier way to attach receipts and upload receipts. This part wasn't as intuitive. You couldn't see the receipt and attach it without leaving the attach receipts menu

This has allowed us to use a software that captures all history, files that we used to keep manually and in-house in file cabinets. This has literally saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars in filing, storage and time over the past two plus years.
Its super easy to use, the functionality is extremely well thought out, and they continue to make it better each and every year.
At one time, the status levels, but they have corrected and are continuing to make that better all of the time.

It keeps getting better because they are listening to their client and are always available for them.
More than 90% of our users were able to sign without our support. We are able to track signatures easily and our account manager changed three times in two years but all of them were always very responsive and quick!
Not all the features are at their best yet, but they made great progress in the past two years! The numbering feature (formatting), the fact that you can't hyperlink directly in the contract and the fact that you can't create one link for a contract that would automatically create a copy per person are the biggest issues as of now.
Hey Lilly, Thank you for the review. Your feedback is very important to us and we'll do our best to correct the issues you had. Thank you, Concord Team

I've been using Concord for almost 3 years and my overall experience is good, in fact it was chosen as main tool for contract management in my company
It's a complete tool for Contracts management and it's quite easy to use
The research could work better. For example I wish I could sort by supplier/other party.

Better and more affordable than Docusign! Tried it because this was a cheaper alternative and they did not disappoint.

1) I work for a large enterprise where any contract needs to be approved and reviewed by a number of departments and people. It's great that we have custom approval workflows and always know whose review we're expecting at each particular stage. 2) Easy to find and easy to use templates. 3) Extra documents (PDFs, etc.) can be attached to a contract, which means that the document content doesn't get clunky.
The format editing could work a bit better; I'd prefer it would replicate the formatting user experience of MS Word.

This is a wonderful software before we just had everything unorganized. But now everything is so much easier and we know when contracts are going to expire
It could organize things a bit better, but given what things used to be. I definitely love where this product is headed

Concord is very easy to use, easy to understand, helps us save time, and makes it convenient to track the progress of the contract. Compared to other products in the same category, Concord is very cheap and has more powerful features.
My favorite features are the one-place contract storage, electronic signatures and reporting. Since we have clients all over the world, before using concord we often struggled with not having a fixed place to store our contracts. But now we can bulk upload or store a large number of contracts in this software, and the e-signature feature allows us to collect signatures from all over the world whenever and wherever we want - it doesn't get much more convenient than that. In addition, Concord offers customizable reports to view monthly contract progress, etc. We rely on this for many important decisions!
Our team is very satisfied with the whole thing and it would be better if the software could be developed in more European languages
Hey Cécile, We appreciate your feedback and we'll work hard to improve the areas you mentioned. Thank you for choosing our business! Thank you, Concord Team

It's easy to store contract and save templates. We've been able to grant certain user permissions so that everyone has what they need.
Importing contracts from a word document can be cumbersome at times and I wish there was a better way to organize contracts into folders.

What really surprised us is the amount of failure to follow some internal policies, we would've never seen without forcing the employees to use Concord and giving Legal better insight to all contracting. Volume is surprising as well.
We love the way it invites outside third parties to the system. Some issues with new features, but worked out with customer service response and fast corrections.
Implementing a CMS where there wasn't one before is bumpy. Getting full compliance is a small challenge, but that's not the software's fault. We've had some bumps with internal/public versions of docs, but I think that's a beta package rolling out.

We use a lot of contracts, it's an essential part of our weekly workflow, and before Concord, we had tried everything and nothing has come close to the efficiency and just simplicity of Concord, it's like email for contracts, but better. Our clients love Concord, and so do we.
Simple to use, Nice UI and helps keep your contracts organized
Would be nice to have more design features for creating custom contracts

This software has saved me. My position entails a little bit of everything...HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, Contracts, etc. Before Concord, I would try to keep track of which contracts I needed to write/update/get signed using Excel spreadsheets, but since I wasn't in Contracts Mode every day or even every month, I'd get lost and have difficulty remembering when something needed to be done or where I had been in the process. Concord makes it MUCH easier to keep track of the whole lifecycle of my contracts.
I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service. I got the software, because it was inexpensive for my small business, but the customer support that comes with it is impressive! They are always available to answer my questions, to teach me more about how to make use of the features, and to guide me through better ways to use the software.
The graphic user interface is a bit utilitarian, but once you get used to it, it works!

Concord was the first vendor I did a demo with. I knew as soon as it was over that Concord was going to be my favorite. After going through 10 demos, I chose Concord. The price wasn't something that I was concentrated on although, it didn't hurt that they were WAY lower than their competitors. The ease of use and how functional the system was stood out above all the systems I viewed. Training and support is always available and very helpful. They are there to hand hold or cheer you on - either way, I applaud this company and the full spectrum of value this system added to my daily job.
Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there. The clause library is probably my most favorite and building it up has been a breeze. It's simple use and creation of the tool is what keeps me from going crazy looking at Excel spreadsheets all day!
The one thing that stands out to me is the loading of 3rd party paper or the building of templates. I am not able to edit as freely when I am loading in another's company document. The formatting can get messed up and fixing it isn't exactly easy. It's definitely not stopping me from using this software but it could be better.
