Pros

Great organization of information including client information, tickets, and if needed documentation. Highly recommend as it's a great solution for an MSP of any size.
I love connectwise for IT helpdesk because there are so many ways to interact with the software. It provides the ability to look up customers fast, start tickets fast and resolve them quickly.
What I mainly love about this product is it really helps me delivering more consistent service to my beloved clients.

Pros

Powerful reporting - easy to see where projects are over/under spending. Fantastic UX with many control points throughout the software.
Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition.
It is an enjoyable experience, it made some company processes very easy and unbureaucratic, we have much more visibility of the projects and it unified some tasks that were made separately.

Cons

First level support can be frustrating to work with at times. There seems to be lack of expertise and a lack of willingness to dig deep into issues in some occasions.
The biggest obstacle is the graphical interface which is not the most intuitive, since there are multiple hidden modules and for a novice user it can be difficult to manage the system.
The UI, the customer service, everything truthfully including their training which is the worst I have had to endure.

Cons

The website is virtually unusable for anyone who is visually impaired and uses screen reading software. There is little to no keyboard access and the site does not follow accessibility standards.
I think the feature that is missing the most is being able to see on the scheduler that the resource was already allocated with tasks in the projects.
No approve button after filling timesheet for double checks. Impossible to release sprint & have issues removed from done column.
