Essential Software for Booking Group Contracts

Reviewed a month ago

This has been a great addition to our company. Before using Contractbook we had multiple different Excel sheets and tracking documents to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks on our group contracts. With Contractbook we were able to go away from having multiple documents and have everything all in one place.

Pros

My favorite thing about this software is how much it streamlines our ongoing group contracts. These contracts are multi-step and require different things from our customers at alternating times; deposit at booking, final payment one week prior, etc. This software helps our staff keep hundreds of continual contracts organized.

Cons

I don't have any major cons on Contractbook. The only issue I have encountered is showing the program to older employees when they start. However, the training process is very straightforward and they get the hang of it very quickly.
