Some things are stuck the way they are and dont apply to what Im doing or if things change in the way we create products it is hard to apply the changes.

I can search through all my materials by color or fiber content or size or date purchased, etc. It's a lifesaver for me to be able to see my materials with photos and all the data I need.

Some of the bugs are frustrating. For example, some of the Etsy fees do not auto associate with sales/products.

I am so glad I found this. It has made keeping tracking of my materials and inventory a breeze.

Customer service is great - They are always there to answer my questions and help me out if I'm stuck on something.

Out of all the tools and platforms we use to support our business, craftybase is by far the most important to us.  It's well designed and is an essential piece of software for any food & beverage startup considering going into manufacturing.

I do not like that the transaction fees are in the expense category. I know they are an expense, but I wish they were separate from the rest of my business expenses. I also wish it would take the sales tax that a customer paid and Etsy remitted on my behalf and take it out of my income. Or at least deduct it out in a separate tax section to show that it was collected and remitted to the appropriate state.

Syncs PERFECTLY with Etsy 

We could not do our business without it and keep track of who is doing what and how much we really have left available.
