Some users are at first intimidated by the user interface. There are so many features and ways of doing things that they can be overwhelmed.

We had a lot of employees that would leave and come back, and if you archived the user, it was a bit of an odd way to get them back into the platform, it's doable, just awkward.

All-In-One and does it well Cost Google Apps Integration Complete Customer Life Cycle Management Time and Expense Tracking with Export

Sometimes to many features and too much flexibility but they have made some UI changes lately that have helped out a lot.
