Our Goal was to find a software that easily Created, Organized, and Filed all our HSE paperwork. This included simple forms such as Ergonomic Reviews to company specific such as Server Room inspections. Cyanic took our exact paper forms we used to use and re created them online in an identical format.
1. Price, Top Tier price point for the great quality and service of product. 2. Ease of Use, This product was easily assimilated into daily use and understood by every user in our company. 3. Change implementations, The developers consistently pushed requested updates live usually within a week. Great responsiveness to change requests.
During our phone calls and information sessions, they were occasionally cut short or reschedules because the owner had too many activities pulling his attention.

Cyanic staff worked with us diligently to develop numerous forms in different languages with multiple data input and export capabilities.
So that is where our third positive came from.
The only thing I was less then enthusiastic about was while the owner was very good about communicating with us, there were often other quick interruptions even during our web-calls. I would recommend that the owner starts to delegate some of the smaller tasks so he can concentrate on his clients fully during each meeting.

I would emphasis how important it is that the product is easy to use. Finding a software that conforms to your current business practices like Cyanic does, Versus a software that is more complex and requires you to change your business to fit around it can cause huge productivity losses for the time it takes for your business to adapt. With Cyanic it was nearly business as usual even during the initial couple of weeks. Except that it was online instead of Paper booklets.
