As soon as I started dealing with [sensitive content hidden] I felt more confident as he was very knowledgable and patient with me
Wed based so no server needed and once familiar with the product navigation is rather easy
A bit difficult to set up initially, however I am not very computer literate so if I can do it then anyone can with some help

The Shopify - DHL UK (Ship) integration is going to save us a lot of time
I found the integration progress somehow misleading but after a couple of interactions with Despatch Cloud's support, I managed to sort things out.

Despatch Cloud as a company are very easy to deal with, everyone who i have met and spoken to have been very helpful and pleasant and will go out of their way to help you if they can. They are not bound by rigidity but are very flexible, open and understanding to business needs and requirements.

Despatch Cloud is easy to use and intuitive for new users. There are lots of features within the software and updates are regularly implemented on the system.
When we first started using Despatch Cloud there were occasional issues with the speed of the software, but this has come on significantly in recent months. There are a couple of features that are a little clunky, but the developers are open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Our onboarding experience was not great, but since then Sam has worked really hard to pull things around and be supportive to us. The system is excellent value for money and any problems that arise are receiving resolutions
The order processing system is very good, enabling efficiencies in our warehouse
Time lags between our front end system and Despatch Cloud in terms of order transfer and stock management

I have personally dealt with DC since we started using your system and the help I have received from the IT team especially [sensitive content hidden] has been outstanding [sensitive content hidden] and I have worked through many issues I have encountered and he understand how I take things in so helps me in a way I can pick up what he means that is invaluable.
I like the selection of integrations available this is a selling point.
The ticketing system could be simplified.

So happy with the system and the support. Fro onboarding to continued support, Despatch Cloud are always on hand to help.
The system is really easy to use and very user friendly. The onboarding call was very easy but thorough and the team are always on hand to answer any queries we have and these queries are addressed and rectified so fast! Really happy with the system and support available and a big thanks to [sensitive content hidden] for all the help.
Dont really have anything I can say is reall wrong with the system.

What can I say other than Despatch Cloud simplifies the process of handling multi-channel order management and carrier logistics by including some excellent features that's why we've been a customer since 2017.
A great company with a skilled and supportive team, along with an outstanding product that offers extensive services and a wide range of integrations.
Utilising only a limited portion of their product offering, maybe showcasing other services or periodically provide a review of current usage would be beneficial.

Extremely good overall, it has worked pretty much flawlessly, and we rely on this massively, it does not let us down, and updates are never huge, meaning there are no issues when an update happens.
Easy to use, quick to use, rarely issues with it going down, when it has happened it is rectified quickly
communcation with an account manager is not always quick.

We have had a really easy time getting custom work finished, and with the public API, it makes it super easy to do custom functions. Recently, we needed a new courier integration, and I worked closely with [sensitive content hidden] to get it completed. It was all completely pain-free to work with the team at DC.
There are a few limitations with the system from our perspective, but as we are not a traditional warehouse, this was bound to happen. We have managed to find workarounds for these issues by using the public API, and we are using the base functionality to its strengths.

DC has made it easier and easier for us to process our ecom orders all the way through our company. We can follow every aspect of the order throughout our warehouse to know exactly what happened by who and what time with ease, so problem solving has become a very simple part of our day to day.
Setting up the shipping rules and changing to new couriers has never been easier
In our current system, I would look to integrate dimensional scales so that the packer could put their parcel onto the scales and DC would get exact measurements to pass onto the couriers.

One of the standout features is the impressive range of APIs, particularly for Channels, Shipping, and Billing. These APIs are not only speedy but also highly customizable, adapting to my unique requirements. What I find truly beneficial is the self-serve capability. Unlike other platforms, I can easily access pertinent logs and swiftly implement changes without relying on constant support assistance. This independence has saved me time and effort.
There have been moments when the support response time has been a bit sluggish. However, it's worth noting that there has been noticeable improvement in this aspect recently. While delays can be frustrating, the silver lining is that the support team does comprehend the issues well and provides meaningful assistance.

It gives me access to lots of channels and they are always adding more and also over 100 couriers that I can self manage.
Despatch Cloud gives me the ability to add many channels and couriers around my own piece of software giving me a huge advantage against my competitors.
The channels api was a lot trickier to setup than the shipping api which was really easy. If they could make that easier to understand it would make it more accessible but its a very powerful API.

I have full visibility of my data, complete control over my work flows and I like that I don't need to contact them to make simple changes which i love.
The APIs of Channels, Shipping and Billing are fast, configurable and ever evolving. Unlike the competition you can self serve and do things really quickly, access relevant logs and make changed on the fly. When it comes to the APIs I never need to contact DC.
Support is sometimes slow to react but when they do they understand what I want and I get a response from the expert team and this has been getting better and better recently.

We were previously using Cloud Commerce Pro, after years of false promises, countless bugs causing major disruption to our business and price increases we decided to leave after discovering Despatch Cloud. We were assigned a helpful customer onboarding supervisor who guided us through the entire process. Obviously there was a large input from us at this stage but DC also put in a lot of work to help...
There was a few issues with the onboarding early on. We were able to speak to a manager, voice our concerns and a solution was found quickly, if anything a positive.
