DirectRFP provides businesses with a solution for their technology-specific procurement and request for proposal (RFP) processes. Proposals can be generated quickly as previous RFPs can be used as templates and questions for bidders can be reused and stored within a document library. All RFPs can be tracked within a single interface and user roles can be assigned to ensure only users with the correct level of access can initiate and review RFPs. Proposal projects can be managed individually and in a single dashboard that contains information on emails, action items, and calendar dates.

DirectRFP separates the proposal process into a seven part process with a complete audit trail: information about the proposal is input into the system, users are assigned, files are then uploaded, questions are created for the bidders to answer, benchmark prices are set, bidders are invited, and then the proposal is put through the business's review process. The DirectRFP system evaluates each bidders answers to assigned questions and provides an evaluative score on the strength of their bid. These scores can be manually adjusted after the question answers are reviewed by an in-house team member. Vendors and their responses can be stored within the system and past RFPs can be cloned or externally imported in order to streamline the RFP process in the future.
