Pros

DocuSign is extremely easy to use and maneuver through. I really enjoy using DocuSign because you can share the document with as many people as you want to and it is extremely effective and efficient.
I recommend this product to people who are debating whether the cost is worth it. Even if you only need a few signatures a month, the boost in perceived professionalism is worth it.
Love how we can simply upload our invoices for approval and have the ability to mark up the document with things like signature panel, date, text boxes, approver title, and so forth.

Pros

You can create simple and easy documents/contracts and distribute them with swift ease. This is great to use with PTO requests internally or with contracts/agreements outside your organization.
It's much much better than what we had before, i.e. pdfs that the customer had to print, sign, scan and email. It may not be the perfect tool for online forms but it does work fine.
I liked that i didnt have to sign my life away in a book lol and it was quick from mobile phone and was able to digitally sign docs like lease agreement.

Cons

This is a company that doesn't send emails/invoices/notifications when you are being charged. I discussed with a customer service agent that I didn't the charged option.
There are some hiccups in the software such as lagging or missing the signing line, but nothing too major.
There are still cases where someone will have issues viewing/signing documents and that can be frustrating when I want so badly to depend on the software.

Cons

There aren’t too many problems with this software. It occasionally will crash or not export the pdf properly so I’ll have to redo it, but that’s rare.
I would just say enhance security features. With so much hacking and fraud going on now a days, I would hate for my account and documents to be compromised.
Customer service is terrible. They have not been able to fix basic software issues like blurry documents and an inability to use the same form document multiple times.

Great product just a tad expensive

Great all around product, has everything you need in a digital signing software and is very user friendly and intuitive to use.

Cons

A tad expensive, more than double the price of competitors like SignNow which seems to have all the same or very similar features. Our business selected SignNow for the more competitive price $ per month for unlimited documents! DocuSign for a restricted amount of documents or $ for a business license...

The thing I like most about the software is how easy it is to pickup and learn to use it. You will be able to take your experience and teach any new user.

Cons

I am a user that transitioned from DocuSign. SignNow is missing a handful of things that is in DocuSign.

Great flexibility and customization for digital signatures.

Pros

It allows for integration with your own app and software. The level of customization in building solutions is great.

Cons

Docusign is the standard. It's not that. This is a way better tool for coders and builders than the consumer facing side.

So far it has been pleasant, still waiting to see some more updates to make it more user friendly.

Pros

This product is similar to docusign. I like that it is cloud based so you really can access it anywhere.

Cons

I think the company is so new that it still has some kinks that need to be worked out. I will be interested to see if a few months how it is.

Great Features, Amazing Pricing

Pros

Simple to upload documents, best pricing for this type of software. Docusign and Adobe Signature offer better features but are ridiculously priced.

Cons

Once someone you want signs the document, SignNow makes them signup as a user. For first time signers it can be confusing as to how to sign the document.

Excellent for 2 years, but new update is terrible

We've been happy customers of sign now we like them would prefer them to DocuSign but are concerned about the new update

Pros

Great application easy to use love it wouldn't change it but it was changed and now they don't like it

Cons

The new update has taken some functionality out of the app out of the things we can do and that makes problem and the new interface is not as good as the other one we are disappointed and it doesn't get changed back after our year we might shop around to your competition

Sign Now is user-friendly

Pros

I loved how easy it is to use compared to products like Docusign. I also prefer the signature feature to that of Adobe Acrobat.

Cons

I really didn't have any cons other than I was able to find a product that incorporated the signature feature with other features that I needed being in the real estate field. I have decided that I will continue with SignNow just because of how easy it is to use.

Easy to use esigning software

Amazing product that is vital to the daily operations to my company. My team send out all of our employment contracts via signnow

Pros

Cheaper then docusign. Simple to learn and easy to sign out contracts. On the user side its also easy to sign. Every activity is documented.

Cons

I wish the templates were easier to make. I wish it could integrate with our SharePoint so that documents would automatically be stored when its sign by all parties

Great Value on DocuSign Alternative

We were looking for a more affordable alternative to Docusign, and after researching several options, I found SignNow to be the best overall at a great value.

Easy and affordable!

Pros

Compared to others in this space like Docusign, I like how easy the workflow is. My clients don't have to register or download anything, it is quick to upload and manage my documents, and the price is excellent. I can't imagine how much time and money I have saved not having to print and scan documents.

Can't think of anything I don't like about this.
