Overall I’m satisfied.
A lot easier than docusign!! Logging is easy and the site is very safe.
Wish it was just a bit more ABC lol! Very confusing dealing with templates and creating new emails to go out.

Good value alternative to Docusign, allows us to get signatures for artwork approvals quickly and easily.
We haven't found anything to be wrong with SignRequest up to now, everything seems to work as expected.

Good, yes, it allows you to digital sign documents. It is pretty much the same as any other solution out.
Price, price! It is defintaly really expensive. Besides, customization is not allowed to your account such as is allowed in Docusign.

Less pricey than the competition, like DocuSign. It's easy for me to use, if you are the person sending out the contract.
Non- tech savvy clients have trouble with it. Often times, they just ignore the email or don't understand it. Need to make it REALLY EASY AND INTUITIVE for my clients.

Wallet savings! Fast integrations.
I found them on zapier when I was BLOWN away that hellosign charged so much for API access. Played with a few, and this seemed the best. Wow. Really great choice It's connected to Zapier and really easy to use The customer service is fast The actual tool has good UX, where docusign is super clunky and confusing.
would like to be able to change email for main contact on file, just incase an employee leaves or something, but the team feature and free pricing tier solves this really.

Really great piece of software, we used the free version at our previous company and are considering the premium version, however we would like to see some extra features like a possibility to feature links in the documents or add a check box or scrollable section fot T&C's which you can copy paste on and let clients check or something. It would be perfect if in the future there would be a wizard for making contracts in your own house style. This piece of software is in many cases a great alternative for other solutions like DocuSign. I hope that as well for the free version as for the paid value will keep growing. We recommended SignRequest to all our clients and will keep doing so in the future. A good product like this one will automatically create it's ambassadors. GREAT!
- Free version available - Easy to register - Easy to use - Instructs users well - Notifications possible and easy to switch on/off - Friendly customer service - Hassle free experience overall
- Could have more features like addition of links / t&c checkbox etc. - The paid option pop up show far too often lately.
