Docusign - Making signing documents a breeze!

Reviewed a year ago
Pros

This software is so easy to use. I love how you can add different places for people to sign, fill in text, etc. The software makes it really efficient to sign documents in this manner.

Cons

The software is a bit on the pricier side for paid subscriptions.

Reviewed 4 years ago

I have nothing bad to say at all. I am not sure about their customer service because I never had a need to call.

Pros

It is very easy to use and has so many functions to help you with all different kinds of projects. I use this for tax returns mostly.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this product. It is wonderful and I can't say enough good things.

Great Tool For Signing Contracts or Official Documents

Reviewed a year ago

* I signed official documents (contracts and my resignation) by using DocuSign. I did not have to go to office by using Docusign which is a great opportunity during Corona Times.

Pros

* It is great that you do not have to go to office or meet face to face with your contractor or employer. You can sign official contracts or documents by using DocuSign. * Signing process is nice and it also checks if you are the user or not. It checks that if you are the person who signed the documentation.

Cons

* I would expect a digital signing mechanism with a tool. But all I have to do is to click button and make it sign. Perhaps authentication mechanism should be improved or it should require a separate username and password(which were given by employer) to check if it's the person who signed the document or not .

Docusign makes it easy to create official documents and obtain signatures from multiple parties.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Easily send documents to clients for signature and receive signed/secure document back when completed.

Pros

Templates make it easy to use the same documents over and over. Great for real estate transactions. User interface has improved dramatically since a few years ago.

Cons

Sometimes it can be confusing for users who aren't tech savvy to complete the process. "I'm finished" button should be at the bottom of the document to avoid confusion for the end user. Without templates, it is time consuming to add signature/initial blocks to large documents.

Improvements to Contract Signature Timelines

Reviewed 3 months ago
Pros

I have used DocuSign with two different organizations. It greatly increases the efficiency of getting contracts and documents signed by multiple parties. I love the auto-send features and the reminder settings. This takes away a lot of the micromanagement that administrators would have had to use in the past for working with contract signature reminders. Would recommend.

Cons

The price for smaller organizations may be a con. If the software is only utilized a few times a year, the price may not be worth it for smaller organizations. But if contracts are a part of daily business this is a vital tool.

I used this for Tex documents as well as business and home closings. Very helpful.

Pros

I love how quickly I can sign important documents for taxes or home/business closings. I feel like it is also secure.

Cons

I cannot think of anything I do not like about docusign except for maybe having to turn my phone screen to be able to actually sign the document.

A good product that does what it is supposed to do.

Reviewed 5 years ago

The product is easy to use and most people know how to use it. It automates a lot of the signing process and reduces use of paper.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use and the UI is intuitive. Records will be stored as long as is needed.

Cons

There's not really much to the product, but I don't know what else they would really offer in terms of additional feautres.

Excellent small app given the importance of signing documents

Pros

I love Docusign app that easily sign documents you share with.

Cons

My email on my app prevented me form sharing the PDF document to share\sign with the Docusign app. There should be a way if security polices from MDMs with DLP are enforced I can alternatively shre my document to an email that is received in Docusign

Very convenient software. Helpful with getting numerous signatures from various people in different locations.

Pros

I like that you can sign a doc and then send for others to sign it as well from various locations.

Cons

The cost is a bit more than it should be in my opinion, but otherwise a great option for getting signatures.

DocuSign is a great means of remote document review and approval

Reviewed 4 years ago

Cons

There isn't anything that I don't like about the software

Welcome to the Future

Reviewed a year ago

I love the "get it done" capabilities of using DocuSign. I receive the email - sign the documents - and return them. The process is over in a matter of minutes. What could be easier than that?

Pros

The speed and convenience of using DocuSign is a huge boon to business functioning everywhere. Gone are the dark ages of mailing hard copy signatures to seal a deal.

Cons

For those who are technologically challenged, the functioning of DocuSign can be intimidating. It often takes a little hand-holding for those sorts to get through the process of signing a document for the first time. After a time or two, even the least gifted is usually able to figure it out.

DocuSign Tool Review

Reviewed 2 years ago

Its a great tool for legal and cumbersome documents.

Pros

I find the best feature is the ability to use a digital signature and date in a document that has hundreds of pages

Cons

Sometimes when you want to integrate with other APIs it becomes pricey and there are additional costs.

Great App for when you don't have the Time/Energy to use Adobe Acrobat

Reviewed 4 years ago

Overall it's a great app to sign and share documents with and to be able to keep track of clients!

Pros

DocuSign makes it so easy to sign and share documents and the reminders are also wonderful, so you don't have to keep reaching out to the client yourself. I've signed things as both a client and created things as a freelancer. Normally I'd do them in Microsoft Word and then create signature boxes in Adobe Acrobat X, but when it's a simple contract and/or I don't have time, DocuSign is a great alternative.

Cons

In both cases, signing as a client and creating contracts as a freelancer, DocuSign kept sending me emails to sign up and upgrade and such. That was very frustrating and felt spammy. The only other thing I can think of that's more related to functionality is that it's not entirely intuitive that where you place the signature box doesn't automatically generate the name and the underline for the signer. So make sure to do those manually and then place the signature where it makes sense.

Get signatures faster & easier!

Reviewed 2 years ago

DocuSign has made our jobs much easier. It's streamlined our contracting process tremendously.

Pros

DocuSign makes it super easy to obtain signatures. No longer do I need to mail contracts or scan paper to save as PDF – now, I can upload contracts directly into DocuSign & customize where signatures are needed. It also saves me time by automatically sending reminder emails to recipients if they're dragging their feet. I love DocuSign!

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't love about DocuSign. It saves us an incredible amount of time. Our customers love it too, since they no longer need to print contracts to sign with a pen.

DocuSign

Reviewed 4 years ago

My overall experience has been positive and it has been very helpful to use it for work and personal reasons. It’s very convenient and I hope to continue using it.

Pros

I like that I can sign important documents all online. It’s very convenient for work, school or personal documents that need to be signed in a timely manner.

Cons

I don’t like that not all companies have this software so that I can’t use it as much as I would like. Other than that, I have no issues with this software.

Docusign review

The software wasn't user friendly when using my mobile device.

Pros

It made my process more efficient. It would take days to weeks to get documents signed by my customers, but only minutes using docusign

Cons

I quit using the software because of price. The price is high for someone who doesn't use it on a daily basis.
