Docusign

Reviewed 2 years ago

Very satisfied overall. Highly recommend it. Life saver.

Pros

Very easy to use. Very quick and to the point. Great system. No need to wait for emails, print, sign, scan and send back.

Cons

A few times the software has crashed and had to start all over again. And a few times the document was difficult to retrieve.

DocuSign Review

Reviewed 3 years ago

Great product! DocuSign has saved many people extra time.

Pros

It is great to have an online version to sign documents especially confidential ones and not having the worry that your information will beshared.

Cons

As of now I do not see any flaws with this system. It is self explanatory and easy to use. I will continue to use this product.

The Best E-Sign Tool Out There!

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

I work with a lot of contracts where it's just not feasible to get the clients to come in and sign things. I feel safe and secure using the Docusign tools. It's quick and simple. None of my clients have ever had an issue either. I like that the layout is easy to use on a desktop or laptop as it is on a phone or tablet.

Cons

The only thing would probably be price...it might be pretty expensive for very small businesses or with small budgets, but it works well for us.

Makes document approval a breeze

Reviewed 4 years ago

I've used Docusign on multiple occasions for approving project bids from contractors.

Pros

The simple click and sign function. The ability to sign and instantly and automatically send the signed documents to the originator.

Cons

I would say the only issues I've had were some bugs in the software in its early stages. It appears that has been fixed.

Very Easy to Use

Reviewed 3 years ago

I have used this app many times with different companies over time with no issues. It is a time saver.

Pros

This software makes signing a document a breeze. In the past, I remember having to print, scan and then email a document. With Docusign both parties get the documents signed in an instant.

Cons

The one thing I believe I do not like much is that the signature itself is not really similar to my real signature, but I guess that as long as it is an approved and certified signature by Docusign, it is ok.

Easy use intuitive!

Reviewed 2 years ago

Amazing so far it’s really easy to figure out and prepare documents.

Pros

Love that we can create custom templates depending on need. Information is saved and easy to find when needed.

Cons

Wish that it was easier to connect directly to programs that we use. Saving contracts etc

Convenient way to sign documents

Reviewed 3 years ago

Given the convenience factor I would say that this is overall a great product and is easy to use. Would definitely recommend to others to use in the future.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is the convenience of it. The software makes it very easy to e-sign a document. Gone are the days where you need to print out a doc, read it, sign it, scan it, and email it back.

Cons

What I like the least about the software is the time element. You only get a certain amount of time to sign the document, which can get a little annoying. Sometimes when I receive a document I want to read it and digest it for a few days before signing. A few times I have had to sign something where I did this, and when I go back a few days to sign it tells me the link has expired and then I need to go through the whole process over again.

Docusign

Reviewed 4 years ago

As mentioned above, I use this for clients contract which provides me with a fast and traceable way of managing contracts.

Pros

As an account manager for large clients we need to get contracts signed fast. Docusign helped in getting contracts to my client on the same day and I very much liked the tracking of the document to see if the client had actually opened and read the contract.

Cons

Being honest, there was not any cons that I experienced using the software

Safe and secure document singing

Reviewed 3 years ago

I will continue to use this whenever possible. I recommend you do the same.

Pros

I purchased 2 homes and used DocuSign exclusively when signing contracts and inspections. Very easy to utilize while on the go (i.e. while in the car).

Cons

I haven't come across anything I didn't like about the software. I can't attest to their customer service.

Easy to get contracts signed and delivered

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

I absolutely LOVE this! This has completely changed how we get contracts signed. I can do the contracts in the office, then send them to my sales team to sign and once they sign, it goes straight to the customer to put their information in and sign. Once everyone has signed, everybody gets a signed copy delivered automatically.

Cons

The only thing that I would consider a con is that when you get ready to send contracts off to be signed, I have to highlight the areas that need to be filled in and signed every time, even though it is the same contract but with different names and addresses. I just wish it had a memory feature.

Not worth the money

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

Ease of use is great, but it doesn't allow you to make changes or updates without eating into your monthly minimums. I tore through mine and the upcharges are not worth it, in my opinion.

Cons

Limited licenses. I only need it for me, but had a very busy month (champagne problems) and flew through my licenses. DocuSign wanted me to pay beyond my monthly fee to send more files. DotLoop did not.

Use for all our releases etc

Reviewed 3 years ago

Every experience has been overwhelmingly positive. No complaints.

Pros

We use this for all our releases, contracts, and NDAs. It’s simple to use, clients feel secure with it, etc.

Cons

There aren’t any cons to speak of. I’ve literally never had even one issue with it. I don’t use paper contracts at all.

DocuSign

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

DocuSign is one of the best and easiest softwares to use. In the Covid era getting digital signatures is a must. DocuSign makes it very easy to request signatures and sign yourself. I anticipate using the system even when the work environment returns to normal.

Cons

DocuSign is a sophisticated system that doesn’t have many flaws. I have personally had a great experience with the system and have no cons.

Disrupt the service at any time without prior notification

Reviewed a year ago

Worst support service

Pros

Every time I hate more this service, worst service

Cons

By safety we ask for all charges in our credit card to be notified and authorized, but in ALL software in the world Docusign is the only one that do not notifies the unsuccessful charge and suddenly disrupt the service in the middle of the workday and takes 2 days to restore. Why not send an email and have a button: charge now? What's the problem!?

Love this

Reviewed 2 years ago

I like this because I am able to keep track of who sign it and who didn’t.

Pros

I totally appreciate this program with this climate change of working remotely. I have a lot of documentation that need signatures and due to me being at home I can’t physically get to the person. This saves time and still valid.

Cons

There’s nothing I would say I don’t like it because it’s a true game changer with remote working. I will keep it.

Great - straightforward to use and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Pros

Simplicity of use for the clients and the ability to access history of documents between us for both sides

Cons

Electronic sign doesn’t allow upload of client signatures which annoys some clients and can undermine their faith in its security

I've had a good experience using docusign for our business documents.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Streamlined workflow for myself as well as a simpler process for my clients to sign documents.

Pros

Prior to docusign, I would email clients a pdf waiver, they'd have to do the old fashioned print, sign, scan and email back to me. Now with docusign, I have all of my waiver templates ready and directly send them to clients for virtual signature- much more streamline!

Cons

With the current lower cost plan I'm on, there is not an option to email clients a direct link to a specific document (rather, I have to log in to docusign, pull up the document and input the client email address). Not a big deal, but this means my client gets an extra email rather than just 1 email from me with my instructions plus a link to our waiver. I wish the link option was available in the lower tiered plans. Other than that, it's been a great experience using docusign.

Docusign for signing contracts

Reviewed 4 years ago

Super easy to use. If I need to sign something, I get a prompt (link) by e-mail. It takes me to a website (or an app) where I have an account set up. Super easy to navigate and signing documents is quick and easy. Has a library of signed documents, so I can refer back.

Pros

Easy to sign contracts between two remote parties, keeps documents organized.

Cons

Just worry about the privacy and security of signed documents.

Perfect for Letters of Intent, Sales Agreements.

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

The ability to send sales agreements in emails to our new customers, in order for them to digitally sign them. It saved us a lot of time, instead of printing our sales agreements and personally visiting all our new fleet customers, it allowed us to do a site-visit to close the sale, then send the email at a later date. It also stores all your documents on the cloud, which helps reduce physical paper clutter in the office, although it would still be a good idea to print them off for safe-keeping.

Cons

Would like to see some pre-made templates for other types of business documents for our province. There could be liability involved which is understandable, but it would be amazing to have different legal documents templates that we could use for our smaller clients.

Simple and reliable

Reviewed 4 years ago

It really does save office time when people can do their paperwork remotely. It is also good when people do remote (Skype) therapy sessions. It just makes sense in today's world. I have nit had any issues as yet, and am using this more and more as time passes. One day I expect it to be exclusive.

Pros

This is becoming a household name so people are happy to use it, and are usually familiar with how it works.

Cons

No issues as yet. Of course it could be more customizable just for me, but that is unrealistic.
