Pros

Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.
What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.
Good system compared to what is available but room for improvement.

Pros

Very positive, support top. Software perfect for a quick, general overview of the web application security.
Also, the GUI is very pleasant and user friendly plus you don't have to be an expert on the subject matter to use this.
Easy to use, good quality and possibilities to config your own scans.

Cons

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
We have recently commenced working with DONESAFE to design, configure and deploy an Incident / Injury Management System.
Sometimes gets a bug and some of the tabs go missing.

Cons

There is nothing so far to dislike this software.
Take out the manual tools from the acunetix web has been an error.
