Pros

The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.
Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.
The amount of features and apps on Donesafe is so comprehensive and gave us real confidence in the solution. It catered for all our OWHS needs.

Pros

Alchemy has been easy to use and the support staff have been amazing and extremely responsive.
Alchemy has very good customer support and is constantly embarking on improvement opportunities. Overall experience is very positive.
Amazing product for manufacturers interested in investing in their associates.

Cons

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
Sometimes gets a bug and some of the tabs go missing.
We have recently commenced working with DONESAFE to design, configure and deploy an Incident / Injury Management System.

Cons

Probably my second biggest complaint is that it only allows for 1 facilitator.
There is no iPad app at all. This is probably my biggest gripe.
You are forced to save, close and reopen PowerPoint every 10-14 slides if you are using audio. Its a pain, but workable.
