Pros

The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.
Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.
The amount of features and apps on Donesafe is so comprehensive and gave us real confidence in the solution. It catered for all our OWHS needs.

Pros

We now have a reliable and secure system. And it meets all our expectations.
The software is easy to use. Simplicity in setting up databases to collect data and very easy to create meaningful reports using the data.
This improved the productivity on the floor significantly. Very easy to use, easy to implement.

Cons

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
Sometimes gets a bug and some of the tabs go missing.
We have recently commenced working with DONESAFE to design, configure and deploy an Incident / Injury Management System.

Cons

At the moment we dont have anything yet what we are missing. This is mostly because the features we were missing were being added if possible.
When there is a internet outage, there is no backup where u can enter your data.
There are missing some functionalities as comparing data that is not in the same sheet.
