Pros

I love the user accessibility and ease of use of the systems. We use multiple systems so I also love the integration between them.
The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.
Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.

Pros

What I like best about Safesite is it’s ease of use and end of week reports. Very easy to understand and monitor.
The app is user friendly and puts your safety checklists at your finger tips. It provides customization, that allows your organization the ability to focus the user on the important items/ tasks.
Easy of use, friendly staff. I have been too two trains on the software and it was a pleasure working with your employees.

Cons

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.
The reporting dashboard is limited compared to the functionality of Power BI.

Cons

Not every trade is on there, When i'm doing my site work and i'm looking at fire sprinklers there's nothing on there for fire sprinkler trade or Stone workers that apply stone to exterior walls.
Very dependent on internet access. We have projects where internet is very low or non-existent in those cases this app was useless.
Sometimes when using the "meeting" function it can be slow to respond and confusing.
