This is a great instance of an enterprise CRM that is intuitive and easy to use. First, the CRM is intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is very simple to navigate and provides a very clean, professional look. The Dynamics 365 CRM provides great value to the user. It has great features such as campaign management, sales tracking, customer relationship management, social media marketing, and more.
I have been using 1 year Dynamics 365 for a while now. The ability to easily create and send emails, access CRM from your mobile device (using Google Chrome) and integrate with Google Sheets is very helpful. The integration with Google Sheets is particularly useful, as it allows you to tag certain people in a spreadsheet, which has proven to be very helpful in managing who is able to view KPIs from a specific report.
In general, it worked stable and did not cause any problems, we were quite satisfied, but I think that if the pricing policy was a little more appropriate, it would be more demanded.
