Pros

I want to commend the excellent customer service and prompt follow up by Kristen. She made it fun to go thru the product online.
The pricing is extremely competitive, and the website they put together is professional looking, interactive, and easily customizable. Excellent, excellent product.
I highly recommend this software to anyone with a storage facility. It is a great time-saver, and provides excellent reports to help better manage our storage facility.

Pros

This software is helpful and can be customize for the costumers benefits.
Great product that is well used and liked throughout our organization.
Some automation has been helpful to making processes go further. It's also useful to have more data in a single database.

Cons

At first I was nervous about getting involved with another software company after selling my business of which I purchased over 50000.00 in software and continual costly updates.
I use to have to keep track of everything on a spreadsheet and I absolutely hated the self storage business. Now with the touch of a button I can do everything.
Customer Service is terrible. The couple of questions that have been submitted, I've never received a response on.

Cons

Primarily used for Business Continuity but with limited support for Disaster Recovery.
I think that should be standard. Scale 1-10, 1 being not a big deal to 10 being horrible - this is a 4.).
Integrated the principles of multiple functions and Operational risk areas in a structured manner.
